Picking out a puppy from a litter is a gamble. Of course you know the puppy will be cute, but how do you know what the dog will be like? That question crossed my mind when we picked this puppy out of a litter. I looked at his litter mates and wondered if one of them had "THE" personality we wanted. I am not worried about it anymore. We got the right one. Not only is he smart, loyal, and sweet......he is as attached to Sadie as she is to him. If she isn't outside, he'll follow any of us. If she is out there, he is stuck to her like glue. This is a common sight. I stepped out to take pictures of our new colt and these two were playing......I forgot about the colt an got lost in the magic between them.
I have never had a bond with a dog like this, but it reminds me of Dad and Butch. Who else had a certain dog they were bonded with on this level?

Your photography is amazing in capturing these priceless moments. I want canvases of each one of these pictures all displayed together.....but where oh where would I put them!?! ;)
