Feast or Famine

Ok,  I am still wanting to show a pictoral diary of our time here as far as work. Those are the pictures I am struggling with getting on here. So, will tell you that we are just finishing a season working for a man who runs a lot of yearlings and some pairs here. We have enjoyed getting to work as a family a LOT. It has been great. Now we are wrapping up the season, about a month left. When the yearlings are shipped out and the calves are branded, we will be done until next fall when we hope to do the same thing again.

For the summer, we plan to get back to work on what we started last summer. We hope to finish the horse facilities and make some progress on the house we are building on the property we bought when we moved here. Morgan set the cattleguards up there yesterday so we can have a semi come in with the boards for the round pens. We are excited to be working up there again.

I am a bit compulsive about blogging. I put it on the back burner forever, then I can't stop posting when I start! So, please look at "Older posts" because even some of them are new from today. :) There are a few more I need to do before I am current, like Shane's first flying experience. Soon! :)

WOW - LOVED catching up on what you've all been doing - and great to see Dave & Karen on here too!
Thanks for all of your efforts....and thanks for continuing with such evident zeal in your lives and hearts!

I looked at all the posts, but will just write a note here. It is so fun to keep up with your family. Can't believe how big Shane is getting. All of ours are doing the same thing. Will be fun to see you this summer.
Glad you got a visit with your Dad and Karen. Seems everyone needed that.
