Opum and Memop came out for a quick visit. Opum was the hero with the kids for hanging the moon for them. Actually, a bunch of little glow in the dark stars above each of their beds, but he may as well of hung the moon from their excitement. :) 
Memop gave Shane a much needed trim - in the nick of time - school pictures were two days later. :)
Speaking of hair, Ivey LOVES to comb Opum's hair. I think he quite enjoys it too. :)
This was the kids' invention today. Shane said he invented a new way to bathe. Simply hand on the rope and as you go across you can reach down and splash water on you to wash off. I think he will have a hard time selling that one! :) It kept them very entertained though! Shane also wondered today "If you invent something, how do you spread the news?" :)
Yesterday the girls were unloading the dishwasher. I kept hearing them say "Welcome to McDonald's can I take your order?" When I looked, they each had a potato peeler as their microphone. Uncle Justin would be proud of his nieces choice of workplace. :)

Love all the great pictures!! They do remind me so much of when our kids were little--how fun it is to see what their imaginations come up with; and Shane is so often doing just the sorts of things Morgan used to come up with. LOVE the pictures of the outing!! Looks so fun, and the guys were so cute and having a good time you could tell. I'm glad they couldn't topple the rocks, because it looks so great and should stand as long as time will allow; who knows who else will enjoy coming upon them as time goes by.
It always makes me hungry to see the kids picnicing in the truck! Something about a picnic.....
Opum hangs the moon for me too! Seems i haven't seen you all in AGES! miss you muchly, love the branding-scouting-kiddo photos....where are you in them, Shellbo? your planters will look cool, love to all....
Looking back at all the good pictures again! And am reminded of all our girls brushing Frank's hair too. I remember he and Hannah taking turns when she was about 3--she would brush his, then he would brush hers. And usually he was playing guitar...
These pictures crack me up! :) The mcdonald's ordering is a hoot...but I had to chuckle at Shane's invention. By the looks of it, he already has one buyer...IVEY! :) It was cute to see how she was right there with him in the adventure! :)

BUT no shirt and splashing water on yourself in April?!? We're expecting snow this weekend/next week!
